Who is responsible for your information?
DWP Driving School Limited, with Prince as your contact, is responsible for the enquiry and lesson information you send to the school. You can contact Prince on 07721 083359 about your information.
What information do you share?
The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, area or postcode, lesson interest, and any driving experience, availability or other details you choose to include. Please only include information needed for your enquiry.
How the enquiry form works
The form creates a draft in WhatsApp on your device. Your form details are not submitted to a website database. You choose whether to send the draft; Prince receives it only after you send it through WhatsApp. The website does not save your form entries between visits.
How Prince uses your information
Prince uses the information you send to answer your questions, check prices and availability in your area, agree lesson arrangements and manage your lessons. Enquiry and booking information is used to take steps at your request before a booking and to provide the lessons you agree. Relevant records may also be kept to meet legal obligations. Your enquiry details are not sold or used to sign you up to marketing.
WhatsApp, other websites and hosting
If you use WhatsApp, call or text Prince, or follow a Facebook or Google link, the service you choose handles information under its own privacy policy. WhatsApp is provided by Meta. This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical information such as an IP address and request logs to deliver and protect the site. The website does not use advertising trackers or an analytics service.
Keeping your information
Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to respond and deal with any resulting lesson arrangements. Lesson and payment records may need to be retained to meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact Prince to ask how long a particular record is needed or to request its deletion.
Your choices and rights
You can ask Prince to provide a copy of your personal information, correct inaccurate details, or consider a request to delete it or restrict its use. Other rights, including objecting to processing or receiving a portable copy, may apply depending on the circumstances. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal requirements. If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, contact Prince. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
